This ring features a total of one carat of Burmese sapphire and fourty points of diamonds. There is also four further rose cut diamond points surrounded the central sapphire. This ring has a pierced gallery with scrolls, the stones are claw set with a pretty slightly wavy top. Circa 1870 90. Current Ring Size: L
